Looterguy all started when an AP photographer took a picture of a man carrying a bucket of beer in hip-deep Hurricane Katrina flood waters. Within hours the photo was in the hands of photoshop gurus and a fake Heineken ad started making it's ways around email servers.

All of the images you see on Looterguy.com were emailed to me from people with a lot of time on their hands.
